Version Requirements
Section titled “Version Requirements”To ensure a secure browsing experience, all approved web browsers must be no more than 2 updates behind the current release.
Exceptions and Special Cases
Section titled “Exceptions and Special Cases”Exceptions to the web browser version requirements may be considered in certain situations, such as compatibility issues or specific business requirements. Requests for exceptions must be submitted to the CSOC and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Approval for exceptions will be granted based on justifications provided and the potential impact on the organization’s security posture.
Email Client Requirement
Section titled “Email Client Requirement”The only approved email client for use within our organization is Microsoft Outlook. This client provides a secure and standardized platform for email communication.
