These standards are to be used along with all process, procedures, and work instructions associated with delivering professional services. For the protection of cIT and the Client, all standards set forth are to be followed to help ensure a successful project. If any Standard needs to be added or modified, it should be presented to both the GTM and the CI/QA committee for consideration.

That on-going post-project support is not required. The “client” is not currently under a manageIT agreement.

When working in an unknown environment, there is a risk that we would could cause damage to the client’s equipment or infrastructure for which cIT would be held accountable.

Any scoped project is to be limited to the current expertise of the Project team. All NMP projects require clearly defined objectives and deliverables that are related to the desired outcome.

  1. The Sales team and the Projects team are required to read and understand the standard requirements.
  2. There should be no deviations from this standard. If there is a legimate business need to deviate, it needs to be discussed and approved by the GTM, the Project Manager, and the Sales Team before committing to a scope or estimate.

  1. The project is not for a current cIT client.
  2. The project is work that can be successfully performed by the cIT project team without any additional training required.
  3. The project is taken through the standard scoping and quoting process.
  4. The Director of Technology is responsible for assigning resources.
  5. The project has an assigned business support resource, (an internal POC) if applicable.
  6. The project does not require any ongoing support after the client has signed off and accepted the work as complete, such as,
  • cIT does not provide any license or service that requires support or invoice reconciliation after the project is complete

  • Any required training or integration support are to be included in the scope and delivered prior to acceptance

  1. The project is priced at a premium rate.
  • Typically the overtime rate for the assigned resource(s)
  1. Once the quote is approved, the project will follow the project delivery process.
  • Exception: 50% down payment invoice prior to start, and the balance invoiced at hand-off
  1. Each project type must include a predetermined set of questions to be used for data gathering system requiremens prior to making changes to reduce the risk of harm to the Client’s environment.
