ABSTRACT
General Company Info
Western Pump specializes in building and servicing fueling and transportation infrastructure facilities. They are the only fully integrated gas station construction and maintenance company offering design, engineering, construction, service, compliance, and equipment distribution in the Southwest.
Their customers own and operate fuel systems, vehicle maintenance facilities and convenience stores. They’ve built long-term relationships with quality, trust, and integrity
cIT’s Tactical Role
Serve as an extension of Western Pump’s culture, building our relationship based on the shared goals of quality, trust, and integrity. Utilize our expertise to assist and advise on adopting IT Standardization to enhance their business capabilities and reduce risk. Focused attention on their Jonas PBA, critical to their day-to-day business operations.
Current Sate
Non-standard infrastructure design produces inherent gaps, inefficiencies, & potential risk: including network architecture & AD integration. Newly acquired Arizona offices (Doehrman) have locally managed computers and users with no AD. No site-to-site tunnels, not currently using Azure sync, and both companies have independent M365 tenancy (WP & Doehrman).
