Steps for installing Adstra’s Anyconnect VPN Client & setting up Duo.

REQUIREMENTS

• Passwordstate > Domain\Service Accounts > Active Directory ALC
• Password State > Websites > Duo Admin Console
• End-User has an Adstra Active Directory Account

STEPS

1. On the End-User system, go to https://njvpn.alc.com/
2. Login with Adstra AD account (reference Requirements Section)
3. IMPORTANT: Using the Active Directory ALC account bypasses MFA
4. Click “Start Anyconnect”
5. Click “Download for Windows”
6. Once the client is installed, go to the Duo Admin Console and verify/add the End-User’s account (reference Requirements Section)
7. Ensure the End-User’s account is setup for MFA:
9. Once the End-User has connected with cIT you can use the Duo Admin Console to add their desired mobile number for registration.
