Login to https://www.adstramft.com/ from any browser.

Creds are in PWstate —> Website —> MFT Admin

Click on Adstramft —> Users.

Once in the Users section, you will need to select the collection where the user resides. (Please Specify with the request which directory/collection the user will need access to).

If the user does not specific which collection the user account is in, check “datecentrex”, as this seems to have 90% of the user accounts.

Select one of the users in the collection and search for the user needing the password reset.

Select the user you’re resetting the password for, and click Edit.

Type in the one time password for the account, check “User must reset password at next login”, then click Save.

This will email the user their one time password.
