QUESTION RCP calls to report that credit card payments are down, or slow to process, and/or causing slowness within P21 when printing the invoice as part of the payment process.
EXPLANATION
We do not manage the point of sale software nor do we attempt to engage with their support. We cannot do anything to fix the problem. They utilize Worldpay Omniflex. Stores can call Ed if they have questions or reach out to Worldpay themselves. They need to manually process payments using an alternate method until the system goes back to normal.
