While the majority of the procedures and standards in this area are created and delivered by the Operations teams: Service Desk, Centralized Services, vITM, Account management, and Professional Services, it is the responsibility of every cIT employee to understand how we deliver service and how we monitor and measure all aspects of our client interactions.
