Step 1 - Assigned user who creates the new user or sets up the new PC MUST show evidence in internal notes that the QA has been completed to verify their work.
Step 2 - Once QA has been completed by the original assignment user, the ticket will move to the QC assignment user (Travis) to verify all necessary steps have been completed before moving forward with the ticket towards completion.
Step 3 – Once QA and QC has been completed, please send the ticket back to the original assignment user for corrections. Otherwise, move towards completion.
