If you come across something that needs to be escalated outside of the Service Desk department, you will want to reach out to your Team Lead for confirmation. If it is confirmed that it will need to go outside of the Service Desk, the Team Lead will speak with the Service Desk manager to assist with pulling the necessary resources outside of the department.
