If the label printer is not printing, the configuration may need to be reset to the correct IP: 10.40.50.188

-On the font desk pad used for visitor sign-in, Triple tap the icon in the upper left for settings

-Find printer settings and ensure the above IP is set

-Test print to ensure connection
