The cyber security of Phase Scientific is managed by NetworkBox HKSOC. It comes with hardware firewalls and a monitoring system. The “Anti-Spam” function is turned on, so as long as there is a new user in M365, the operator has to modify the “User Whitelist” on NetworkBox.

This manual is intended to serve as a guide to members of the IT Team for this Security countermeasure.

This is web based, open a browser, and go to https://boxoffice.network-box.com/. You should have your credential from the Administrator.

Note: there is no PIN at all

On the menu bar, simply click on “TICKETS”

In the Ticket section, click on the “Raise a Ticket” button.

You simply fill in the form, then hit the “Create” button.

You then receive a confirmation as long as you hit the “Create” button. Click the “X” button to go to the Tickets Main Screen.

The ticket is now pending for the HKSOC engineer for follow-up actions.
